10.00am – 11.45am
Delicious, buttery, melt in the mouth Scottish shortbread is a thing of wonder. In this 1 3/4 hour class we teach you how to make shortbread dough using an old family recipe. Once the dough is made, we will show you how to present it in three different ways – Petticoat Tails, Highlander Shortbread rolled in Demerara sugar, and classic shortbread biscuits. During the class we will talk about different flavourings and at the end of the class we will help you pack up your shortbread to take away with you.
If you have a group of 8 or more who would like to do this class please contact us on info@entcs.co.uk or telephone 0131 226 4314. If your group is fewer than 8 please contact us for prices.
